Joe has spent almost 20 years as a senior leader in state government. His focus on strategy, efficiency, and empowering employees helps organizations reach their full potential. He believes that mission brings people in, but culture determines whether they stay. Because of that mantra, Joe's career has been defined by building strong teams and cultures that deliver results.

For the Chapman Educational Collective, Joe leads philanthropic initiatives via our philanthropic arm, True 22, cultivating strong relationships with community stakeholders and advancing partnerships that create lasting impact. Additionally, Joe specializes in helping businesses/organizations that want to do philanthropic work in their community. Joe will connect you to areas of need, help you identify places where your money can have a significant impact, and provide guidance on how to receive recognition and advertising for your contributions.  A lifelong sports fan, he especially enjoys collaborating with athletic organizations to strengthen their philanthropic presence and deepen their connection to the communities they serve.
