Joe has spent nearly 20 years as a senior leader in government, where his focus on strategy, efficiency, and empowering teams has helped organizations reach their full potential. He believes that mission brings people in, but culture determines whether they stay; a principle that has defined his career and guided his work in building strong, results-driven teams. 

In addition to his government experience, Joe is an owner/investor in multiple football clubs across the globe, bringing hands-on knowledge of club operations, stewardship, and community engagement. At Legacy United, the sports consulting branch of CEC, he leads initiatives that strengthen grassroots football clubs and the communities they serve. Joe's passion is helping clubs make a meaningful impact through community engagement and philanthropy.

Through strategic partnerships, advisory support, and philanthropic programs, Joe helps clubs and other organizations protect their legacy, guide their leadership, and grow in sustainable ways.
